Journey through 350 million years of evolution to discover the story of our planet and its people. From the pretty to the poisonous, the terrifying to the tiny, explore the wonder and diversity of our world at the award winning Great North Museum.
Come along to our Family Day to experience all that the museum offers, including a visit to their Planetarium and take part in the Museum’s Scavenger Hunt. There is even The Mouse House for the little ones. Lots of fun and a few surprises too.
The Great North Museum is fully accessible for all abilities and dietary needs will be catered for.
