Who is this event for?

With the focus on children up to 16 years old, our family days have become an important part of the support we offer families and over the years have had a huge positive impact on those who attend.

Whether a child in your family has had meningitis or you as a parent or carer has been affected, the aim is for children to have fun and to provide an environment for parents to relax and communicate with others who understand what it’s like to have been affected by meningitis.

These are just a few comments

“Great to talk to others who have had meningitis touch their lives, and Meningitis Now staff.”

“Great fun, whole family enjoyed it."

“Thank you very much, we’re looking forward to keeping in touch with the other families.”

Staff from Meningitis Now will lead the day, there will be activities for the whole family as well as time to talk to others and learn about the support, we, as an organisation can offer.
