The winning entry, as selected by Caroline herself, will then be printed and sold, with all profits coming to us to support our vital lifesaving and life-changing work.
The competition is open to all children and young people up to the age of 16 and entries have to be submitted by Friday 7 September.
West London-based Caroline Gardner is best known as one of the UK’s leading and most prolific designers. Her distinctive designs stretch across various product categories, including paper, accessories and lifestyle, all linked by her design handprint of quirky use of colour.
They’ve been supporting Meningitis Now for over 12 years and during that time they have raised well over £140,000 for us through the sale of their Caroline Gardner Christmas Cards.

How do I enter?
It’s easy! Download the card template, print it off A4 size and start designing your birthday card. You can use any medium you wish.
Enter your design by sending your finished template to: Design a Card Competition, Caroline Gardner Publishing Limited, 20 Elysium Gate, 126 New Kings Road, London SW6 4LZ.
Don’t forget to post a photo to Instagram of your masterpiece in the making or the finished design – making sure to tag @carolinegardnerofficial and #cgxmeningitisnow
Caroline will judge the entries and the winner will be announced on 14 September.
