On Monday 12 March we held our third Rebuilding Futures Day – the first one that was solely for adults who have had meningitis themselves
Our Rebuilding Futures days focus on the challenges that adults who have had meningitis and meningococcal septicaemia face, providing plenty of opportunity for everyone attending to meet others who all have a meningitis experience in common.
Thanks to generous funding from the National Lottery and the Big Lottery Fund, people from across the UK came together in Birmingham on 12 March to meet with other individuals who have been affected by the disease, the Meningitis Now team and also other support charities.
The day covered many topics from mental health, through to chronic fatigue. If you attended the Rebuilding Futures Day, or would like to see the content that was covered, please use the following links to download a copy of the programme and the various presentations.
