Meningitis Now launching new strategy

Our President, Andrew Harvey, and Chief Executive, Dr Tom Nutt, will present the new strategy and its context at 7pm on Wednesday 28 April.

You'll be able to watch the 20-minute broadcast live on our main Facebook page or catch up with it later on our YouTube channel.

Join the Facebook Live event here.

The broadcast will also feature a question-and-answer session from supporters across the UK and Tom.

The new strategy - held over from last year due to the Covid pandemic - builds from and replaces our Vision 2020 document.

It reinforces our commitment to saving lives and rebuilding futures and outlines three key objectives to making a difference in the fight against meningitis over the next five years by:

  • fighting to defeat meningitis in the UK within a generation;
  • reaching out to everyone who needs help, support and information; and
  • being recognised as a centre of expertise for aftercare and support.

Discover more by joining us on 28 April.

The new document will also be available to download from our website after this date.
