Following the Meningitis Now AGM, the Annual Review is published

Andy Hopkinson | 14th October 2019

Have a read of our annual review, which has just been published following approval from our Trustees

Meningitis Now AGM, Trustees and CEO

The review, covering the year from April 2018 to March 2019, reports on what our Chief Executive, Dr Tom Nutt, calls an ‘outstanding’ year.

In his introduction he says: “Measured by the progress and impact of our core charitable activities of support, research and awareness this year was in many ways outstanding.”

In particular the review highlights the successful first year for our Believe & Achieve programme for young people aged 14 to 25.

Alongside snapshots of those we have supported and those who have supported us, it also looks at our plans for the future, and reviews our research activity, awareness and campaigning work. A section details how we raised the funds for our activities and there’s also a look at the invaluable role our volunteers play.

You can read the review or email andrewh@meningitisnow.org, with your address details, if you’d like to be sent a paper copy.
