We are inviting young people affected by meningitis to join our free, fun-filled Believe and Achieve weekend

Marking our 30th anniversary year, we're excited to announce the return of our popular and action-packed event, which will be held at PGL Caythrope Court, Lincolnshire, on Saturday 4-5 June.
This adrenaline-fuelled weekend is open to young people, aged 11 – 18, who have had meningitis or meningococcal disease, and gives young people the opportunity to try challenging activities while getting to know others affected by the illness.
“These weekends are always very popular and spaces fill up fast."
“It’s a great opportunity for young people who may have been held back by this debilitating disease and its after-effects to get out and about, meet new people and get stuck in to some new, exciting challenges."
“It also gives them a chance to interact with others who have been through a similar experience, highlighting that they are not alone and helping to understand the impact of meningitis.”
Susette Worgan-Brown, Project Co-ordinator
The weekend is generously funded by Children in Need and is offered FREE to young people affected by meningitis. Refreshments, meals and Saturday night accommodation is provided.
Registration for this event is now open.
All activities will be led by qualified PGL staff and may include high ropes challenges, canoeing, trapeze and zip wires.
