Meningitis Now staff get into the spirit of Halloween

28th October 2015

Today staff are taking part in a hair-raising Halloween spectacular to help ‘fright’ meningitis

Halloween

Raising money towards our very own Sarah Langton’s Patagonia trek, we welcomed a variety of spooky suspects into our offices this morning, including ‘Little Dead Riding Hood’, a pumpkin, witches, a rag doll, Alice in Wonderland and a skeleton.

“I’m so impressed with the effort everyone made today – there were some fantastic costumes and everyone really got into the dressing up. The whole office is filled with creepy decorations; we even have a talking butler to welcome us at the door!”

“I have already held a number of fundraising events and have loads more in the pipeline to reach my target of £500”

With quizzes available, a fancy dress competition, cakes, scones and pin the wart on the witch, Sarah hopes that her fundraising will be given a good boost.

The Patagonia Challenge will see Sarah trek across the Patagonian Andes, from Argentina to Bariloche from 5 – 14 February for our 30th Anniversary.
