Jog on Meningitis, which launched at the beginning of July, is a simple concept that anyone can get involved with. All you need to do is pledge to run, jog or walk 50km over 50 days and raise £50, at your own pace and in your own way. It’s that simple.
You can complete your virtual run in segments that suit you. Only have time for a quick 1km jog today? No problem. Did you smash a 10km personal best? Excellent!
You can clock up those kilometres wherever you fancy too; around your housing estate, on a treadmill, or even with a group of running or hiking buddies. We even know of people who are swimming the distance.Lace up those trainers
