  1. Like our main Meningitis Now Facebook page and join our Facebook volunteers page
  2. Follow us on Twitter
  3. Like us on Instagram
  4. Download our symptoms app and encourage 5 others to do the same
  5. Register with our  volunteer team and be the first to hear about new opportunities
  6. Order our symptoms cards- can you hand out 50 in a month?
  7. Contact your local supermarket  and see what they can do to support us
  8. Can you identify 5 schools, nurseries or play groups in your area and provide them with a meningitis pack?
  9. Order/download our posters and fact sheets to put up in your workplace
  10. Regularly check our opportunities board to see what you can help with in your area

Want to help but feel like you don’t have the time? Check out our 10 fun and easy ways you can volunteer and help to spread awareness for Meningitis Now.  If you feel you do not have the time to dedicate to our larger events this does not mean you cannot help us in other ways- it may be as quick and easy as liking our Facebook page! Social media is a great way to reach thousands of people so check out our pages and start spreading awareness.
