- Role: Director of Fundraising and Communications
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Location: Minimum of 2-3 days per week at Head Office (Stroud, Gloucestershire)

As Director of Fundraising and Communications, you will lead, support and develop our Fundraising and Communications teams, ensuring that Meningitis Now has both the income and the profile to deliver its five-year strategy, Making a difference, every day.
You will ensure that our fundraising and communications strategies, plans and activities are creative, innovative and impactful. You’ll achieve this by building on our existing strengths, whilst adopting ‘best-in-class’ practice from across the not-for-profit (and other) sectors. You will also ensure that our strategies, plans and activities are grounded in good evidence and insight of the diverse needs and lived experience of our supporters, beneficiaries and target audiences.
