- Salary: £15,000 per annum pro rata

- Hours: 21 hours per week
We’re looking for people with an ability to use their initiative to get things done, a strong supporter care ethos, an enthusiasm for quality improvement with a keen eye for detail, especially when entering supporter data and someone with compassion and empathy for those affected by meningitis.
This temporary role will focus on providing administrative support to the Support Team, leading on the processing of applications for counselling, therapies and financial support grants and other projects when required. You’ll be communicating directly with vulnerable families and will need to demonstrate you have a caring approach.
As part of the Supporter Care Team, you will also share the responsibilities for covering reception, which including handling of enquiries or complaints, which may include difficult and/or sensitive calls.
Candidates will need to demonstrate they have excellent organisational and communication skills. First-rate IT skills and experience of working with CRM databases is an advantage as Salesforce is at the heart of all our processes. You will be confident in working with teams from across the organisation at all different levels.
