Hi, I'm Beth, Director of Fundraising at Meningitis Now.

The year you joined the charity

February 2016.

A brief overview of your role - what are you responsible for?

I lead the Fundraising team at Meningitis Now, who work with our amazing supporters to raise much needed funds for our lifesaving work.

I have over twenty years of fundraising experience working previously at the National Trust, Natural History Museum and Imperial Cancer Research Fund (now CRUK).

Your favourite part of your role

Meeting our amazing supporters, and shaking a bucket!

Your biggest achievements

Helping to secure the BIG Lottery grant of £500,000 for Meningitis Now's Believe & Achieve Programme, an initiative for 14-25 year-olds who have been impacted by meningitis, directly or indirectly.

A fun fact about yourself

I am a master composter!
