I’ve had a big part in delivering our student awareness campaign into universities and getting out on campuses myself to raise awareness.

I joined the charity in early 2015 after graduating from university and spending two years as a RAG President. I absolutely love student fundraising, and have completed a skydive and climbed Kilimanjaro myself!

My role as Student Development Officer is to support all those under 25 with any awareness or fundraising initiatives – and I also have the really exciting job of looking after our Young Ambassadors!

If you want any more information on volunteering, fundraising or getting your university on-board with raising awareness – give me a shout on carrieb@meningitisnow.org, or find me on Facebook here.
