Deck the halls

8th December 2017

‘Tisn’t quite the night before the big day just yet, but there are loads of things that you can do to support Meningitis Now throughout December

Get your glitter on

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and what better time to deck the halls and get all your mates around for a festive fundraising fiesta? Based on our popular Time4Tea, Get Your Glitter On is a tea party with a tinselled twist – think tasty treats like mulled wine, hot chocolate, mince pies and marshmallow snowmen, and groovy games such as pin the carrot on the snowman and snowball bowling.

It won’t cost a penny to sign up and you’ll have access to our exclusive Get Your Glitter On downloads to help your event shine. We love photos, so don’t forget to take advantage of the selfie props and post your pics online with #getyourglitteron

Say it with a card

Everyone loves a Christmas card, and at Meningitis Now we are pleased to have a selection for you to send to friends and family from long-time supporter Caroline Gardner, who generously donate 30p directly to us for each pack of five cards sold. Spread seasonal messages and help us raise awareness, fund vital research and provide support for everyone who needs us.

Ribbon Appeal

Christmas is a time to remember, and our Ribbon Appeal is the perfect way to make a tribute to a lost loved one or in support of someone affected by meningitis. In return for a donation, we will send you a ribbon to wear or display on your Christmas tree, plus decorate our own Christmas tree (which features in our Gloucester Carol Concert and then relocates to Head Office) with a matching ribbon.

However you choose to support us this festive season, whether raising funds or awareness, we are incredibly grateful for everything you do – you are awesome!
