We recognise that not all universities operate in the same way and departments, resources and job roles differ considerably across institutions. In addition, we are aware that NHS and Public Health Services differ both regionally and nationally and it is not always possible to reflect these differences. What we are aiming for is to provide resources to help all universities have current and sound practices for meningitis recognition and prevention.
