For some, the impact of meningitis can disrupt their education or working life. In some cases, it may not be possible to return to the work they did previously
This can be a worrying time but through our Opportunities support, we provide help towards educational development and retraining, so those affected by meningitis can take control of their lives and feel more confident about their future.
We offer funding towards things like:
- Education support
- Books or equipment to support a training course
- Technology to support learning e.g. laptops, iPads
- Tuition and re-training costs
