“The best family day we have been to”
40 people joined us for our Northern Ireland Family Day in February. They braved climbing challenges and scaled new heights, with lots of laughs, screams and excitement along the way.
Activities included making badges, stickers and biscuits as well as painting, drawing and an aeroplane competition. Children of all ages enjoyed lots of games, with younger babies mostly interested in the ball pool with toys and musical mat.
Families then entered the escape rooms, where they dressed up in silly costumes for photo booth poses. Everyone worked together as a team and made lots of new friends throughout the day.
Best family day
One parent commented: “It’s the best family day we have been to. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we are grateful for the experience.”
A grandparent said: “Thank you so much, you have thought of everything for all the age groups, and we have had the best day ever."
Another parent said: "It is a special experience I will always remember."

New connections
Ella Moulsdale, Support Services Officer, said: "The highlights was seeing everyone enjoying themselves and making new connections. It was a great turn out and everyone seemed so pleased to have this space."
