You can complete your virtual run in segments that suit you. Only had time for a quick 1km jog today? Awesome! Did you smash a 10km personal best? Fantastic! Did you need a two-minute break? No problem - you're telling meningitis to jog on whatever your speed. All we ask is that you complete 50km in 50 days; so walk, run or jog at your own pace.
You can clock up those kilometres wherever you fancy too; around your housing estate, on a treadmill, or even with a group of running or hiking buddies.

£50 could pay for two hours of our Helpline, providing phone and email support and information to anyone in the UK affected by meningitis. To say thank you, we'll send you a special branded Meningitis Now buff - great for wearing as a headband, wristband, scarf or face covering - to reward your hard efforts.
