Are you ready to take on the race of a lifetime?
Each year, we receive hundreds of applications to join our TCS London Marathon team, and this year, we want you!
The TCS London Marathon is an event like no other, and by running in aid of Meningitis Now, you will help fund life-saving research and provide essential support for those whose lives have been changed forever by meningitis.
Whether you are brand new to running or a marathon champion, our fundraising team are there to support you every step of the way, and will be at Mile 23, cheering you on for those final miles on the day!
Accessibility and participants with disabilities
We want your London Marathon journey to be as fun and accessible as possible. When completing your application form, you will be asked if there is anything that our team should know when supporting you with your training, fundraising and on event day.
The TCS London Marathon also want to make their events as inclusive as possible, and run two ballots in the summer, specifically for individuals with a permanent disability or long-term health condition, and those who require an assisted wheelchair place.
Proof of disability is required, and our fundraising team will be able to support you with your TCS application. Please complete the Meningitis Now application form first, and we will then be able to enter you into the TCS ballot.
If, for any reason, you are unable to complete our application form, but would like to apply for a place with Meningitis Now, please contact the team at Fundraising@meningitisnow.org or 01453 768000, and we can arrange an application format that suits your needs.

Own Place Runners
If you already have your own place in the ballot or through Good for Age, we'd love you to join our team. By running for Meningitis Now, you help us spread awareness of the disease and our work. There are no additional costs, and you receive all the same benefits as our charity place runners; we just ask you to raise whatever you can!
As part of #TeamTangerine you'll receive:
- A huge welcome at our post-race celebration; drinks, snacks, a shower, and sports massage all await you near the finish line (friends and family are also welcome)
- Your own personalised technical running top
- An invitation to join our London Marathon runners’ community on WhatsApp
