What is the best part of being a Safety Team member? - There are many favourite parts to being a part of the safety team; being out in the mountains whatever the weather; helping to support and encourage participants to overcome any obstacles to complete their personal challenge and of course, working with the rest of the team.
I dislike it when - my only pair of gloves are soaking wet on a freezing cold day!

Best piece of advice to someone starting their training? My advice would be to start training early, don't put it off and once you've started, have regular time put aside for training. Don't skip it. The benefits of preparation are amazing. You will enjoy it so much more if you know that you've prepared.
