The year you joined the charity
A brief overview of your role – what are you responsible for?
I look after the whole Supporter Care Team and ensure that all our processes and procedures are up to date and are working effectively. I am also the administrator for our database, which includes training all the staff, keeping the database up to date and managing all the third-party supplier relationships for our team.

Your biggest achievements
Implementing Salesforce in 2015 as I'd never even seen the database before!
