My name is Laura and I'm currently studying for an MA at the University of Leeds
I wanted to become a Peer Mentor for Meningitis Now's Believe & Achieve Programme as I know how debilitating and discombobulating an experience with meningitis can be. I wanted to help and support others who have been affected by this disease and I thought this was the best way to do so.
I am a huge nerd and love reading, especially anything related to American politics! I love to play guitar and piano in my free time and cannot get through a day without coffee!
