A brief overview of your role – what are you responsible for?
I work with a wonderful team to secure funding from companies, trusts, foundations and other grant making bodies. Meningitis Now relies on donations to fund all its lifesaving work and so donations from these types of organisations is vital.
Your favourite part of your role
I really enjoy meeting and getting to know our supporters.
Your biggest achievements
Securing a £500,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund to develop the Believe & Achieve Programme for young people affected by meningitis. It has been amazing to watch this new programme of support develop and see the difference that it is making.
A fun fact about yourself
I have a cheeky labrador called Jasper.
