Dr Claire Handby FCIOB MAPM

Claire is founder of Dr. Claire Handby Business Leadership Ltd and is based in Manchester.

Her business was created following her award winning, 25-year career – which has included 15 years in consultancy and advisory roles at the Big4 global firms EY, Deloitte and KPMG, as well as 10 years in global construction for Mace Group and Laing O'Rourke Group.

Claire's sister Rachel contracted Haemophilus Influenza Type B (HIB) in October 1991, aged 4. Claire was 15 years old at the time. Unfortunately, Rachel didn't survive the illness and the loss of Rachel has continued to have the most profound effect upon Claire. Claire's mantra is "to continue to live every day as if it's her last”. Rachel is Claires’ guiding light, underpinning the positive impact she strives to make for, and upon others, every day.
