Emma Rush is a Partner in the Medical Negligence team in the Birmingham office and has worked for Irwin Mitchell since 2007.

I have a varied caseload including cases involving amputations, spinal injury and brain injury. In addition to their wonderful donations, Irwin Mitchell have delivered free training, provided free office space for events, donated raffle prizes and have supported fundraising initiatives such as Meningitis Now’s Brew and Bake and May Mayhem. More recently, the team took part in our ‘8k a Day in January’ challenge, to raise vital funds and awareness of meningitis and sponsored our Midsummer Party with the Society of Women Artists.
They have also been a vital source of support for families in need of legal advice following their traumatic meningitis experiences.
