The year you joined the charity

June 2016.

A brief overview of your role – what are you responsible for?

I manage the charity's Individual Giving team - looking after our amazing regular donors, the Forever Funds and lots more besides. I also work in the Comms and Marketing team, overseeing our awareness campaigns and making sure our marketing is as effective as it can be.

Your favourite part of your role

I love seeing our work living and breathing in the real world. Whether that's seeing our awareness campaigns help change behaviour, or our fundraising bringing in the vital funds that make a real difference to people's lives.

Your biggest achievements

I'm always so proud to work on our Ribbon Appeal. Every Christmas I see how much it means to our supporters, and it's a privilege to be part of that.

A fun fact about yourself

I used to live in Hanoi, Vietnam and became an expert in crossing the road. Google it, it's harder than it sounds!
